What will you be doing?

• You work closely with category managers of respective categories and project procurement managers implementing the category strategy and linking it into the business;
• You adapt and implement catalogues and framework contracts on divisional/ regional level in compliance with guidelines;
• You run negotiations, manage RFQ’s negotiations, award decisions and follow-up with suppliers;
• You execute supplier selection along strategy, requirements, supplier base development and identification of new suppliers;
• You are involved in solving issues with suppliers (e.g., quality, delivery and service issues) and monitor and communicate performance of suppliers;
• You strive for automation and digitalization practices and tool improvement.

What we ask of you:

• You are an professional with a Bachelor or University level degree and 2-5 years of experience in procurement;
• You understand contract management, and you like solid cost analysis;
• You have Inter-Cultural sensitivity and are experienced in working in complex organizations;
• Negotiation experience across the supplier markets;
• Good knowledge of SAP (preferable Ariba, SAP CP, Axapta);
• Your English is fluent, and you have the ability to network and build lasting relationships;
• Internal stakeholder management and supplier relationship management are not new for you and your analytical capabilities, communication, problem-solving skills can help us grow;
• You have a pragmatic and solutions mindset and work proactive to find the best course of compromise whilst actively managing risk through our supply chain.
